Harish Rental — new apartments for rent in the new city

Harish is Israel's youngest city (city status in 2015, almost entirely built since 2015). Located 30 km from Haifa and 60 km from Tel Aviv, it is designed as a modern bedroom community for young families with a high proportion of modern religious population (Dati Leumi). The rental market is dominated by new or nearly new apartments at very competitive prices.

The standard lease is 12 months with post-dated checks. Harish's specificity: almost all rental properties are recent (less than 10 years), well-equipped, with parking, elevator, built-in closets, mamad (missile shelter). A rare level of comfort at this price in the center of the country.

The most sought-after neighborhoods for rent

Harish North — residential areas with the most recent deliveries, family atmosphere. Rents 4,000 to 5,800 ₪/month for a 4-room apartment.

Harish Center — urban district in the city center, shops, synagogues. Rents 3,800 to 5,500 ₪/month.

Harish South — quiet areas, families settled since the first deliveries. Moderate rents.

The city is developing: several shopping centers, supermarkets, schools, clinics are already open. The nearest hospital remains in Hadera (15 min). Some administrative services are still under construction. For a young family with a car, the offering is largely sufficient.
