Neve Tzedek et Rothschild sont les plus chers, avec des biens pouvant dépasser 15 000 000 ₪ pour les penthouses. Florentin et le sud de la ville offrent des prix d'entrée plus accessibles, à partir de 3 500 000 ₪ pour un 3-4 pièces.
