Pour un appartement 4 pièces à Tel Aviv, les prix varient entre 5 000 000 et 9 000 000 ₪ selon le quartier. Neve Tzedek et Rothschild sont les plus chers, avec des biens pouvant dépasser 15 000 000 ₪ pour les penthouses. Florentin et le sud de la ville offrent des prix d'entrée plus accessibles, à partir de 3 500 000 ₪ pour un 3-4 pièces.

Les quartiers les plus recherchés sont Neve Tzedek et Rothschild pour le prestige, le nord de Tel Aviv (Hayarkon) pour les familles, Florentin pour les jeunes investisseurs, et Jaffa pour le potentiel de plus-value. La ville est aussi protégée par son statut de patrimoine mondial UNESCO (Bauhaus), ce qui limite les démolitions-reconstructions dans certains quartiers.
