Pour un appartement 4 pièces à Tel Aviv, les prix varient entre 5 000 000 et 9 000 000 ₪ selon le quartier. Neve Tzedek et Rothschild sont les plus chers, avec des biens pouvant dépasser 15 000 000 ₪ pour les penthouses. La ville est aussi protégée par son statut de patrimoine mondial UNESCO (Bauhaus), ce qui limite les démolitions-reconstructions dans certains quartiers.
