Beer Ganim is an entirely new town, developed since 2010 on virgin land between Ashdod and Gan Yavne. It is built according to a modern urban planning scheme (mix of housing, schools, commerce, green spaces) and mainly attracts young modern religious families (Dati Leumi) as first-time buyers. Almost all of the market consists of new construction, with deliveries spread from 2015 to 2028.
Active developers in Beer Ganim (Y.H. Dimri, Aura, Mishab) offer projects of 100 to 400 units, with value for money among the best in central Israel.
