The Israel Land Authority, the Ministry of Construction and Housing and a rental apartment company announced that Rami Shebiru Engineering and Investments Ltd. won the tender for the construction of a residential complex in the Lakish Park neighborhood, north of Ashdod - which includes 106 long-term rental units on 4,537 square meters
Rami Shabiru company won another tender in the city a few months ago, for the construction of 179 rental housing units, also in the Lakish Park neighborhood. In total, approximately 2,700 housing units are expected to be built in the new neighborhood, alongside a protected housing structure and long-term rental apartments.
