Taux en Shekels

  • Taux « indexé sur l’inflation », qu’il soit fixe ou variable
    Que le taux soit fixe ou variable, c’est le capital qui est indexé sur l’inflation.
    Cette formule ne présente que très peu d’avantages.
    Pour l’instant nous la déconseillons.
  • Taux variable « indexé sur le Libor € ou $ »
    Ce taux est un taux variable et le capital est indexé sur l’évolution de l’ € ou du $.
    Avantage: Remboursement anticipé sans pénalités.
    Inconvénient: Indexation sur la monnaie pouvant causer des surprises.
    Conseillé au cas par cas.
  • Taux variable « Prime »
    Ce taux est un taux variable mais le capital ne connaît aucune indexation.
    Avantage: Ne dépend que de la Banque Centrale & remboursement anticipé sans pénalités.
    Inconvénient: Il n’est pas capé
  • Taux fixe « Réel »
    Ce taux fixe est comparable à celui que vous connaissez en France ou en Europe.
    Avantage: Connaître exactement le remboursement mensuel du crédit.
    Inconvénient: Taux d’intérêt élevé. Très peu de banques le pratiquent.

Taux en devises étrangères

  • Prêts à Taux Fixe
    Ce Taux est similaire à celui que vous connaissez en France ou en Europe.
    Avantage: Connaître exactement le remboursement mensuel du crédit.
    Inconvénient: Taux d’intérêt élevé & risque de pénalités en cas de remboursement anticipé.
  • Prêts à Taux variable
    Ce taux est indexé sur le Libor € ou le Libor $.
    Il est possible de choisir entre un taux variable tous les mois, tous les 3 mois, tous les 6 mois ou tous les ans.
    Avantage: Taux plus faibles que les taux fixes et Remboursement par anticipation sans pénalités.
    Inconvénient: Le taux est variable.
    Il est possible d'emprunter en d'autres monnaies étrangères, nous les conseillons au cas par cas.
